# Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which **Lupa Software S.L.** may issue refunds for purchases made through the Lupa platform.

By purchasing a subscription or credits for the Service, users agree to this Refund Policy.

## General Policy

Payments for subscriptions and credits are generally **non-refundable**.

The Lupa platform provides immediate access to digital services, including AI-powered tools, image and video generation capabilities, and processing credits. Because these services are available instantly after purchase, refunds are not normally granted.

## No Refunds for Product Dissatisfaction

Refunds are **not granted based on subjective dissatisfaction with the results produced by the Service**.

Artificial intelligence tools may generate outputs that vary in quality depending on input images, prompts, or usage conditions. Variations in output quality do not constitute a valid reason for a refund.

Refunds will not be granted for:

* dissatisfaction with generated images or videos
* results not matching user expectations
* misunderstanding of how the platform works
* subjective opinions about output quality

Users are responsible for evaluating the capabilities of the Service before purchasing a subscription.

## Automatic Renewal and Forgotten Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds are **not issued for automatic renewals resulting from failure to cancel a subscription in time**.

This includes situations where the user:

* forgot to cancel their subscription
* did not realize the subscription would renew automatically
* did not intend to continue the subscription but did not cancel it before renewal

Users are responsible for managing their subscription status.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through:

**Manage Workspace → Manage Plan → Stripe Customer Portal**

Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not refund payments already processed.

## Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the **original payment method** used for the purchase.

Refunds are processed through our payment provider **Stripe**.

Processing times may vary but typically take **up to 10 business days** depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
